Hi,
I placed a upgrade request on my existing subscription but instead a new secondary box was added to my account. Even after multiple follow ups and initial assurances from Tata Sky reps the same was not fixed and I ended up paying for 2 boxes for 2 months. Now the solutions that is being offered to me is to switch my secondary box and make it primary and when I do that I will loose my 6 month offer on Android box and If I continue with both boxes then I am being asked to pay for both boxes even though I have only one box with me.
I need to know what is my mistake here and why is Tatasky unable to find a solution for my problem.
