Hi Team,
I have VI postpaid 7709267162. I had availed International roaming plan of 149 in December 2021. This month I have been charged 280 incorreectly for so called 4 incoming calls which I did not even pick up on roaming.
2 of these calls were not even logged in my call logs. So I’d like to escalate this and request for reversal of 280 & tax.
