Text of Complaint by Ajay Kumar Tiwary:

I took a PL from Indiabulls Dhani. I was paying every EMI on time through ECS. My last EMI date was 2nd January 2022. India bulls did not hit my bank for the EMI on 2nd January 2022. They hit my bank account on 3rd January 2022 for the EMI but they were unable to debit the account as the NACH sent by Indiabulls Dhani to my bank was only valid 2nd January. I got this NACH confirmation from my bank. Then I called India Bulls Dhani to inform the same and asked them to send me a link for the payment on the same day i.e 3rd January 2022. They asked me to wait till 13 th January 2022. Meanwhile I received a call from Indiabulls on 8th January 2022 for the payment. I made the payment on the same day and the executive told me that they have received the payment and now there are no dues and I will be getting my NOC within 3-4 days. Now they are not sending me the NOC nor closing the loan account. They have added a charge of Rs 472 and keep adding Interest on that.

I have sent around 25-30 emal and called them 8-10 times but they are not helping me. I need help on this as this is really harassing me. The loan account number is IPERKOL01005376.
