In a sentence now I would like to say “I am sick and Tired dealing with Airtel”.
Please go through the below chain mail and understand the fact how disgusted it is to keep on chasing a matter that Airtel still can’t resolved.Instead sending people from collection team to collect the money.The respective person asked me to contact the Head office which I did the same and absolutely not surprised the call was intentionally disconnected once I said I would like to talk to a manager or supervisor.This is how Airtel Customer Service works disconnecting call’s ,making false and fake promise and not addressing concerns.I honestly don’t know where to escalate the case as I have no hope from Airtel Company what so ever. THE MOST INCOMPETENT SERVICE PROVIDER!!

This mail is to notify and to inform please disconnect the data services of my post paid SIM:7605052120 as I have discontinued with Airtel services.I had a conversation over call from one of your agent named Nandani,who asked me to drop an mail to the respective email address and also promised I would get a call back from her supervisor within 24-48 hours.
I would take this opportunity in regards to express how dissatisfied I am as a customer and how much frustated and annoyed I am choosing Airtel as the service provider during difficult times of the lockdown. None of the service providers yet ever made such vague and false promises and came up with something absolutely absurt. We are pretty well aware how post paid SIM works but never understood why people were so pissed off with Airtel service.Helplessly and unfortunately now that even I also one of your customer (hoping to leave at the earliest with the disconnection of data services and confirmation of the same), I realise why customer’s are choosing different service provider over Airtel.
I have had the most worst experience with Airtel being the first time customer.Would never choose Airtel again and not even in night mare would I recommend Airtel to my enemy.
Hope to listen soon in regards to the confirmation of my SIM being disconnected/de activated.Else I absolutely wouldn’t be paying the next month rental charges as said and confirmed over call the disconnection would be done before next bill generation date.

As discussed on 9674455249, we are sorry to hear about your decision to discontinue the services. We have registered your complaint via Reference No. 31-3356270161123. The same will be resolved by 04-09-2020.

 

Please note, monthly rental on your mobile will not be charged from the date deactivation request is raised, i.e. from 28-08-2020.

 

As a goodwill gesture I have credited of Rs. 588.82/- in your account on dated 28-08-2020.

 

This adjustments will reflect after 72 hours in airtel app.

 

There is an outstanding amount of Rs. 334/- in your account.

 

The final bill will be generated on 24-09-2020 and will include pro-rated rental along with usage charges till the date of cancellation.

I am glad the matter is taken into account and a complaint is raised in regards to the same. I was assured over call and mail I do not need to worry about the Account Balance being adjusted as promised,which would be reflecting in the Airtel Thanks App within 72 hours least by 04.09.2020.
I was indeed relaxed considering the complaint raised with reference to:31-3356270161123 would be dealt with utter priority and would get resolved without any further hassle.However I am absolutely ain’t surprised to mail back again expressing my utter dissatisfaction towards Airtel Company and the trouble I am still encountering.I was called as on 05.09.2020 reminding about paying off the account balance of ₹ 922 which is extremely annoying after struggling with Airtel,still to get the matter sorted.
Now please may I know what about the promise made over the supervisor call and mail by Imran Moin as on 28.08.2020 that my Airtel Account would be credited with ₹522.82 as goodwill gesture,which I cannot see yet has taken place. It was also informed the respective adjustment would be reflecting in the App within 72 hours.There would be an outstanding balance of ₹344 in my account which only I need to clear off.To my utter surprise there hasn’t been any adjustments made yet which is reflecting in the App and I feel extremely disgusted again with another false fake promise made by Airtel.
It’s pretty evident customer’s concern is absolutely not dealt with priority and care required.I really want to get rid off this entire unwanted hassle I am dealing with the most incompetent company I believe I ever came accross.I would now like to escalate my complaint higher and definitely I am not paying a penny unless the adjustment is reflecting in the App. The most horrible experience I had with Airtel for which I had to spare precious time and write back mail again.I would atleast like to thank the agent who called me as on 05.09.2020 advicing to escalate the complaint else no resolution I can hope to see in my way.I really don’t know for how long and many days I need to chase the matter with Airtel.The worst provider ever, it’s a nightmare to me now!!
