I activated international roaming whilst in Bangalore and deactivated within 2 hours as the airtel customer care executive confirmed that the charges start only when I land abroad. I have confirmation message received that theinternational roaming was deactivated whilst in Bangalore. I have now been charged for 2 different packs of international roaming and airtel executive Gurdeep Singh from Chandigarh says he cannot do anything and I need to pay. He did not connect me to his senioras well. I will not pay this as I have the proof from airtel that service was deactivated.
