Text of Complaint by Damodar:

I have booked a flight flight from Mumbai to Chennai, but after the payment ticket confirmation it showed Chennai to Mumbai. I called their support within minutes of booking at +91 76 700 700 70 and explained there is an error in the booking. Source and destination are not correct and needs to be changed but they kept saying this is a deliberate action from you. So asked them to offer me an alternation solution on the same date from Mumbai to Chennai but they refused it. So asked them to provide me same ticket with source and destination but after 3 days since I will be travelling back, they refused it again. After talking over the phone for 90 minutes, they did not offer me a solution and asked me to forget the money paid and book another ticket. I asked them to escalate the issue further and provide me with reference number, and again this time they raised an escalation and sent me an email to me second email id which was not provided while booking

They have a technical glitch while booking and also with email id’s and do not want to accept it and neither want to offer alternate solution. Some how they accessed my secondary email which was not provided to them and used it to send escalation reference number. I received an booking confirmation on my primary email and not received escalation on the same email.
