Text of Complaint by Akash Mitra:

I was told on my Postpaid No. That it will be changed to prepaid after 3 months. But executive say that due to Lockdown it was not done.

And I am being charged incorrect on my Postpaid No. 9893234167.

However they have closed my no. And giving bill for closed no.

I am fed up with all the executive of Airtel. Nobody is ready to listen.

Kindly help me so that I can start my no.
