Hi Team,
You have billed me incorrect International Roaming for 10 days in Feb 2020 billing.
Firstly ,I have not requested Airtel to activate International Roaming. Secondly i had only transit flight from the location for which International Roaming was charged and My stay was around 1:30 hour there that why didn’t opted for IR but your company has charged for same.
Please reverse those charges and do not bill anything like this to me.
