I replaced by Tata sky set top box in April 2020 and took the new one. But the company kept secretly charging me Network charging fee for 2 boxes. Even after lodging multiple complaints, they are not entertaining any of my complaints and simply closing it. Customer care was rude and was not at all supportive.
