Text of Complaint by Ranbir Ghosh:

Airtel has become one of the worst mobile network providers. I had changed by bill plan a month ago and had also got a confirmation sms re the change in plan.

However when i receive the new bill i find that the plan has not changed. Trying to resolve this with the Airtel help desk is in vain.

I need to file a complaint re this in the consumer court and sue this irresponsible provider. need help and advice.
