Electricity Bill for June 2020 is showing a pending amount of rs 3141.68/-. and total bill amout rs 5800/-. I am not sure what this pending amount is for. I have been paying bills every month without fail. So why even billing with upto date meter reading my bill shows this much of pending payment.
Please note there was NO pending payment, I paid my last bill on first week of June.
I have been to Sakinaka brank twice to clarify this, but security didn’t allowed me to go in saying there is no one in office.
I emailed them on helpdesk.mumbaielectricity@adani.com but no response either.
It’s very frustrating that there is no one from Adani Power to answer my query.
