Text of Complaint by Bharati Kumari Parida:

The initial plan for my airtel postpaid no. 7022551684 was Rs.199 for which I use to get 10 gb data every month and it was applicable till month of August 2018 and remaining 3 gb was added in month of September 2018. Later in month of September I wanted to change my plan to Rs. 399 after all deduction I have to pay Rs. 293 (unlimited Local & STD calls and 20 Gb data). So I have started using the new plan as the customer care has told me that the plan 399 is activated, now I got a bill of Rs. 943 and Airtel is asking me to pay the total amount of RS. 943 whereas it was promised to me that I will not receive any bill which will cross Rs. 293. Now Airtel customer care is telling that I have used more data when my plan was Rs. 199. This is something fraud these Airtel guys are making of. Kindly investigate.
