Text of Complaint by Vivekananth:

Dear sir

I write to inform you that I have been associated with Airtel for more than 7 years for the mobile number 9944200299 and am using Airtel postpaid connection and paying the dues promptly
But I had requested for family plan with my another Airtel No 9600630683 as add-on number during the month of December 2019.
But till date My mobile 9944200299 has not been changed to family plan instead my another no 9600630683 has been changed to family plan without linking my Mobile number as sibling and charged higher bill amount for the last two months.

This has already been reported last month and till date no resolution provided by your team. No proper response also made in this regard

I am forced to make payment for the wrong bill generated and even I have request for resolution ,without intimation the service had been barred for the mobile 9600630683.

This is totally unethical and wrong action from your end.

Hence I am forced to switch over to other network for the unresponsive behaviour of your customer care representatives.
