Text of Complaint by Suman Mudaliar:

Vodafone has charged over bill in the month of June 2018, since i did not paid the bill and i was following to connect with customer care every week and after some days i stared following with them on alternate days, whereas there is no proper response from them, and then i stopped calling. Suddenly i started receiving call from the customer care, asking when are paying the bill and every time different person use to call me and i also explaining every time but there is no results. And some time before i received mail stating to pay the bill and asking to connect with the Sangeeta from Vodafone for the query, and after talking to her , she finally asked me pay of Rs. 800/- and rest will waived off, So as per the request i paid the said amount and no got activated and that was worked for only 3 days and after it got disconnected the connection, since last 2 days i am following with them to activate the connection, whereas no one is answering my call, always they were saying the person is in meeting. VODAFONE company CHEATED ME. Need to take proper action and need solution for the same.
