Recently I travelled to Maldives and yesterday when I came back I got to know that my services have been barred. I called customer care and got to know that my bill amount is 1,28000. I am really unable to understand that I only used resort wifi and only once in airport for emergency purpose I used my personal internet.
My question is that when my limit is of Rs. 9000 then why my connection was not barred when I exceeded my limit.
