Same story again and again. When I paid all the bill then Why this time so high bill?? Please explain this bill. When I try to contact customer care, the IVR say press 9 to talk to you, but nothing after that. I tried millions of times with different different phone but ivr say “oo oo you have pressed the wrong key” . I have many issues1- why my bill so high bill when I have paid all my bills without any pending amount ?2- I have requested many times that please change my billing cycle as my salary comes on 10th of every month, and I cannot pay before that. Make the billing cycle accordingly so that I don’t have to step in grace period. Please do that.3 – when the last date crosses then my internet,wifi and everything starts giving problem and my work hamper.
Can you resolve this ASAP, my services have started troubling. Don’t delay nd please end this once for all. Everytime I have to send you such long email. Do you have any idea how frustrating it is. Last I wrote you on February, but in between check my number how many SR would have been generated. Please stop it and let customer live peacefully.
