Text of Complaint by Firoz Mandal:

For the past two months I have been charged extra oj my monthly without a valid justification and neither have they credited my data allowance. The mobile app does nit help with the issie at all and the customer care number has no option to speak to customer care nor have they got the option to dispute the bill over the phone
