Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Viswanth Suraparaju and My HDFC Saving Account no is 01111140045831(IFSC Code – HDFC0000111).
I have transferred an amount of Rs 37,000/- from my account to IndusInd Bank on July 12 2021. Below is the account detail,
In the above account number, Instead of 0(zero) , I have mistyped as O (Alphabet O) and performed the transfer. The transfer was successful and subsequent IMPS transaction number was generated. But after verifying the same at the destination, I have come to know the my recipient haven’t received the amount.
Could you please do the needful in crediting back the amount of Rs 37,000/- to my account by checking the transaction detail at the earliest. (IMPS Transaction number: 1193073728)
