Airtel auto renewed international roaming pack of 2999/- on number 9004637833 without any intimation to me. The customer service executives did not inform about the auto renewal on calls made on Dec 17th and Dec 28th. As a result I manually took another pacakge of 3999 and got charged twice. I have been following up with Airtel since Jan 26th – I have called then 4 times and they have not taken any action on this. In every call I am made to wait for 20-30 minutes, I am promised a call back from the billing department and then no action is taken.
