In April 2018 I recharged my account (1006946360) with Rs. 9400 and asked it to be adjusted as below:
- Annual HD pack – 8500
- Active fun learn – 399
- Active Smart games – 399
The total of these packages is Rs. 9298 less than Rs. 9400.
But the smart games package was not recharged on annual basis and was charged monthly despite of the balance being available.
Please can this be looked into on priority, why despite the balance being available the channels were not activated properly. I would like that any extra deduction made because of this error on Tata Sky part must be added back to my Tata Sky balance.
