Hi, My name is Nitesh Kumar Shukla and I am here to raise a complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank. I received a call from Kotak Mahindra Bank to apply for a credit card and the lady informed me that annual fee on the credit card is free for the 1st year and that if I spend 15k on the card yearly then also the annual fees will not be charged. But now I am charged for the annual fees for the first year even though I bought 14k of goods. I was also assured from the bank that 1st year annual fees will not be charged. Now I want to surrender my credit card but the bank said to call customer care and now customer care number is switched off. Please help. I will also remove my savings account from this bank.
