I was charged a bill of Rs 10,000 and when the GoMechanic buddy asked them to open the car we found that no part was replaced. The buddy assured me that I will get the complete refund in 24-48 hours, and no one has got back to me yet. Not Lokesh or his supervisor Inderjeet Singh.
I have called both of them and no one picks my calls anymore, I have tweeted and the same response, no one cares.
