- Star channels were not working since 3 weeks.
- Zee channels are not working now.
- Many other channels like AXN, STAR WORLD, ETC. Are not working from more than a month.
- It stop working any time.
- Cartoon channels are also not working.
- Distributor do not respond properly to the problems.
- 16 HD channels were promised without any cost(free) to be provided but since 2 months they are also not working.
- After sale services are not performed by the company.
- Customer care toll free number is never helpful. They are never available at the time of problem.
- We want our money + compensation back and they can take their set top box back!
Independent tv me chanel properly se kam nhi kar rahe pahle se adhe channel hi hata diye fir 1 sal free kyu diya. Channal bhi ruk ruk kar chal rahe he ese jaldi suru karwane ki kripa kare.
