i ordered a mobile data cable from velebazaar.com on 10 May 2022 and paid for it through lazy pay and due to some issue, I canceled the order and got a refund on the same day but I have been continuously receiving messages from lazy pay stating that my payment is due and it even imposed penalty . I tried to contact their customer services but it is temporarily closed
