Hi,
I have ordered a dress from Amazon, order was placed successfully and they were delivering on 8th Jan as per tracking shows.
But suddenly got the status delivered on Amazon app on 3rd Jan but I or any my neighbors didn’t receive an ordered so I call Amazon customer care and they told me it was by mistake and you will get the order by 6th Jan. So I have to wait till 6th Jan.
But on 6th Jan also I didn’t receive my order so I called again and they said it’s third party order and we can’t to anything now as that product is important for me within time( before 8th Jan).
They have no option for me and just waisted my time.
If they are saying they are customer oriented then what controls they have for such issues. They have just returned my money back, that is not important for me, I was badly needed that product.
If Amazon not liable to take such responsibility then they have to stop their service in the area where they don’t have solution or if this third party then they should have stop buying from them.
It is really bad service I got from amazon, just playing with customer emotions, increasing headache, type of service they have provided.
Hope you people will take action against such scenarios as we are depending on you only now in such cases.
