We enrolled our child in HeyCoach’s abacus course expecting professional and engaging lessons. Instead, the instructors lacked basic teaching skills and struggled to manage young children. Classes were frequently rescheduled or cut short without notice. Our child lost interest, and when we requested a refund, the customer service team was unresponsive and indifferent. We regret choosing this course.
