In last October 2023, i gave the contract to the interior company by square yards which is having their office in Baner,Pune. Initially they stated that all work will be done within 5.5 lakh and took the booking amount i.e. 25000 from me and they said final quotation may vary by 10%- 15%. After few days they gave me final quotation of 7.5 lakh and I was shocked. I said I don’t want to continue work with you, please refund my booking amount, they said we cannot return. Then they convinced me to cancel some items and gave quotation of 5.24 lakh and told me remaining items wil do in carpentry work and others in moduler furniture. Initially they didn’t told me that carpentry work will not be in emi, after few days they said I have to pay extra to carpentry work as a cash. I said you didn’t told before , at last time you are asking money. By this time, already January was passed and still I didn’t received moduler furniture. They started to deducting the emi.
Again they came up with idea that we will do carpentry work increase the carpentry work amount bye 1.2 lakh. I said fine now already I had possession of flat and wanted to shift to new flat as soon as possible. They started the carpentry work by 6 March and still it is not completed. Every time I calling them, they are not replying to mail or WhatsApp messages. They gave me deadline of 9th April after 9th April they changed the deadline internally and told me that deadline is 22 April. Even 22 April is also passed and still mg work is not completed.
