I have ordered 4 quantities of a glass jar set of amount 160/- each from Meesho. The total amount I paid was 160×4 = 640/-.
At the time of delivery, only 2 sets were delivered and 2 sets were missing. So I initiated a request for pickup of the 2 sets delivered to me and a refund of full amount of Rs. 640.
The received product was picked up by the delivery agent and Meesho refunded me Rs. 480 in two parts (160 once and 320 second time). Its been 20 days that I am regularly calling them for refund of my remaining amount of Rs. 160 but there is no resolution. They are asking me to wait for 48 hours every time I call them. They even asked for my bank statement which I provided them through mail, still there is no solution.
