I ordered 5 items out of which 2 items were of double quantity but I only received one of each so I wrote to the customer service and it’s been 2 days now I don’t have any ticket raise regarding that and. Nobody is replying to the calls, WhatsApp texts and emails. I only received half of what I ordered half of my money is wasted as they aren’t replying to anything and later on even if they do connect the exchange or refund policy would be over.
