I had ordered a bed and a wardrobe from GoZefo via Order Number 331115.
Only one item – the wardrobe was delivered, that too in a broken condition.
The second item, the bed, was never delivered.
None of the phone numbers at the company work, emails are not responded to and all complaints are ignored.
I am not sure where the bed has gone. Also, no information on the refund of the same.
I have been getting messages that the bed has been delivered.
Kindly help.
