I am sorry to say but this order from flipkart turned out a nightmare to me.

I have purchased poco F5 phone through flipkart in an exchange offer with 10 days pickup time. Which means if the phone delivered to me today, a person will come after 10 days to pick my old phone as exchange offer, which never happened. After delivering the phone no one has contacted me for pick up, with this concern I called myself to flipkart customer service on 8-9th day and ask the reason and timeline for pick up. The executive assured me for pick up and ask me to wait 2 more days.

After that I received a message in which the wishmaster has denied the pickup and cancelled the request. I informed the flipkart executive and raise the complaint but there was no closure of it.

I spoke to customer care they have given me option to sell back my phone on flipkart and difference amount will be given through gift card, for which I denied as it was never mentioned in the order. And the issue is still unresolved…… Over the call, customer care executive told that wishmaster has uploaded some pictures of phone and rejected the phone but no wishmaster visited to me so how can they upload fake photo in their system on my behalf.

1. I denied to sell my phone on sellback option because firstly, it requires my involvement and I am not free to do so… Second reason is, my order consist of poco F5 and old phone exchange, which is still incomplete because the exchange part is never happened…. Third reason is, why should I put my effort to do something which was already agreed, to go on sell back option and get difference amount in gift. I want simply claimed amount in my bank account….. Fourth reason, it seems a method/strategy to sell the phone online, people purchase more when they see the exchange option, and this way by ask them to take difference amount in gift card you can sell your gift card to the customer and their chances to spend that money on flipkart is more rather to send that money to their bank account.

2. 3-4 times my complaint got closed by mentioning the same reason, which was disagreed.

3. Even on call I tried to make them understand many time but no proper solution to it. Everytime they make the complaint and next day it get resolve automatically without my consent.

4. More than 10 days, still the issue is unresolved and I am following up with no end to it. Pls value someone’s time

The order was…. Poco F5 delivery and exchange old phone… The order is partially completed because the exchange part is not done. So if you don’t find any solution to it, pls cancel the order. I would not like to go with incomplete order.

Kindly resolve this issue on top most priority. I am a working person and cannot do much follow ups. I have to focus on my job and I cannot run after you to complete the order.

My simple request is to pickup the exchange phone and send the money to my account. I purchased this phone with some calculations and I need to spend that money for some other need.
