Text of Complaint by Dr. Maheshwar Singh Thakur:

I ordered four warmland electric blankets of Rs 899 each on 23 October 2022 Order# 407-3089517-3998741.
However, seller packed one blanket in the packet and dispatched the order of four items within this packet. My order is received by my wife on 30th october 2022 at my address. Packed material includes only one blanket instead of four.
Photo of the unpacked material is attached.
I registered the complaint on the same day and requested replacement but replacement is also denied.
It is totaly untrusted behaivour by the Amazon customer helpline service.
It seems that customer service is not working properly for the consumers and it is working for the sellers.
I demand return/refund of this item and a strict action against the packing team.
