Dear Sir,
Following are the urgent issues in respect of installation:
- In the address “OSHO YOGA & MEDITATION CENTRE, OPP- SBI ATM, DEVELOPMENT AREA, GANGTOK-737101, EAST SIKKIM”
- Customer ID- 1058842822 (A K Ghosh) having 4 Set Top Box.
- Customer ID- 1286159809 (Debanjan Dasgupta) having 2 Set Top Box.
At the time of transferred installation on 20.03.2019 among the 6 set top box tata sky was able to connect 5 boxes and one set top box was pending due some tools, which might have installed by the technical person (8900579664) on the very next day. But in spite of repeated request he did not turn. On the basis of that I went to Local dealer near M.G. Marg. Mr. Anand (9733216611) help me to package setting on 08.04.19 and for the first time he listen my word directly and I put additional request to add another set top box (7th) against The ID-1286159809. But did not turn till now.
My point is- This is worse service of Tata Sky and they are not taking care customer properly. Extra set top box rental is now double than before. My sixth set top box is deactivated but I am paying rental.
So requesting you to uninstall all the lines and refund me suitable amount so that we may switch over to other company and utilize your refund amount for new six installations. This is a terrible scenario from your end.
- On 09.04.2019 I called tata sky marketing team for other 4 connections in the two different locations, but in the same land marking point. The addresses are:
- “House of Pranam Rasaily, Makaibari, Pankhabari Road, Pin- 734217, Land marking- Makaibari Tea Factory. Offer ID: 1311417537.
- “House of Ujjwal Bomzan, Makaibari, Pankhabari Road, Pin- 734217, Land marking- Makaibari Tea Factory. Offer ID: 1311417891.
The above two installations might have done yesterday, assured by your marketting team. But no result found.
