My name is Ketki Bhimanwar. I received a text from them upon delivery of the item as follows:
Hi! Your Loren Store order LW30973 for SPEAKERS & WIRELESS EARBUDS – Blue has been successfully delivered via Delhivery Surface -Smartship Express. Powered by Smartship. Note: We allow our courier partners to release the courier, provided it can be signed for at the delivery address. If it’s a business premises, please check at the reception or the mail room.

As you can see in the picture as well I did not receive any wireless ear buds only a speaker was delivered. Either please reimburse my money or provide me with me all the product package as promised.
Do look into this matter urgently
