Text of Complaint by R N WUNGCHIPEM:

I bought a JBL charge 3 bluetooth speaker onwhich it has a free TWS mini earpod, while I receive only the bluetooth speaker and it doesn’t t have a brand name.

I tried to contactthe customer service number from getsby. in which is the website but the same tab is  not working. The number given on the contact us tab is also not working.

I have paid Rs. 1799/- for the same. Kindly help me get it refunded or sent out the correct package.

If possible I would also request you to kindly review the same website as the return policy is also only in favor of the company stating they will only pay upto Rs. 100 through mobile recharge for shipment of incorrect products which is incurred by the customer to sent it back to them.

Your kind attention and action will be very much appreciated with such seller.
