I had bought a subscription for 3 months for nanny service for my daughter end of Aug and the service was started in Sept however the nanny they sent were all not trained, i was sent 3 nannies and to my surprise all three were not inclined towards providing nanny services and 1 herself backed off from working. My matter was escalated, and my case was taken by the escalation lead who committed they will assign a nanny within 10 days (as per their terms) however i was chasing them continuously for 15 days and unfortunately no response was received. Post which they came with an alibi refund cannot be processed but they can get my job card changed and can provide an extension for services which i rejected.
I had shared feedback on social media and all my comments were deleted by their social media team and for my very first initial comment i was asked to delete on a promise they will resolve my issue.
They are just looting the customers and when the experienced consumers try to share their feedback, they delete their comments. Also, i had a major issue when a profile of a 16 yr old was shared in the name of experienced nanny and when i raised this i was told all their workers qualify to work as helpers. I have read the child labour law and as per my understanding 16 yr old ideally should not work for more than 6 hrs.
