I thought of buy SIM based wifi router through Amazon. I have searched through the same key word in Amazon app and got a same result everytime, which is Amazon basics router. I red the description, I dont see a word about SIM in it. Got confused, why this product shows at first search result everytime. I have contacted Amazon support team to check about the product details, before I placed it. The service representative too confirmed there is a SIM slot available for this product. The representative said the description which she has red at backend, shows SIM slot details. After it delivered, I cant see the SIM slot. Reached out support team to complaint this, they are blaming me as illiterate person. I had explained all the things happened on the other day, before I placed order, still they are not accepting their mistake and said me to go for complaint against them. Also the representative said, this is well known company and this small complaints could not bring them down.
