Dear sir/Ma’m, I have purchased an addatimes 12 months subscription which is valid till 22/6/2024.However this platform is full of bugs and not compatible with amazon fire stick-even android version on TV is also a big drawback-not a single feature of streaming works properly.How come the authority is selling this underprepared OTT subscription for annual plan?Whatever contact numbers and mail IDs are given ,I tried all options ,but there is no response.Request you to kindly take some legal action against this company so that they can’t cheat and fool people anymore.In fact they are also advertising many upcoming shows to attract people, however no one knows when will they get released!!
