All incoming and outgoing services are barred on my Vi prepaid cell no. after enabling Change of Circle from Delhi to Mumbai on my request by Vi Store Mahim Mumbai since 02 JAN 2021 despite paying the requisite FRC (First Re Charge) amount of Rs. 249. Several request mails to Vi helpline, Appellate Authority and CEO have fallen on deaf ears and my connection continues to be barred till date. Since the number is registered with several entities I am unable to receive any telephonic communicate from them and has thus caused immense incovenience, difficulties and losses to me for no fault on my part. I can neither activate my Vi number nor can I port the same to another operator due to the internal problems of Vi. No communication received from Vi on the status of my problem despite lapsing of several TAT’s. Apparently the Top Management too is insensitive to the grievance of the legitimate non-defaulting consumer. Request immediate restoration of connection or portability of the number.
