I had made a recharge of Rs.199 on 15.06.2020 for my prepaid mobile 9673665122. Yet to be recharged. After my complaint, yet to receive the refund of Rs.199.
Similarly, had made two recharges for my another prepaid mobile number 9422668587:
1) for Rs.199 on 15.03.2020
2) for Rs.179 on 16.05.2020
All the above three recharges have failed. And surprisingly, I am yet to receive the refund.
The debit messages of all the three recharges is attached.
Please expedite the refund at the earliest. The incoming&outgoing to both the numbers have been stopped.
