Dear Realme Customer Care
I had bought Realme XT Pearl Blue, 128 GB via Flipkart on 18th Feb,2020,
There is a issue in the phone that its getting hanged any time during the call or even keeping idle for some time, the caller gets mesg that the phone is switched off whereas the said phone is on in my hand.
This Mobile set have shown so many times to your Service Centre but they are unable to resolve the issue,hence am writing this mail to you for permanent solution for the above issue which am facing since past few months.
FYI,we changed the 3-4 sim as well in this mobile set to ensure that the problem shouldn’t be pertain to the sim, we also changed the sim from the service provider to doubly sure that the problem in this mobile set with Realme company only.
Request you to take this request on hight priority & get the same resolved without any further delay.
Am totally tired to go your Realme Service Centre & waiting in que for 3-4 hours every time.
Hence again am requesting you to take action immediately or esle I have no option but to move consumer court.
