Sir , i (7520628978) ported my no in airtell 2year back ,but from starting even after all recharge incoming to my no is not coming and not message outgoing incoming both active , i am complaining this problem continuasly 1 year but no resolution , then i throw sim in dustbin after 6 month i again reissue new sim yesterday but problem remain same ,my no is registerd in adhar card and in bank , it is very old no , due to message problem i am unable to port this no.to other compony . So please resolve this problem urgently by competent authority not give simple promiss ” it will be resolved” i have already lost money in recharge and mentally discofort with this problem. Now this is my last effort otherwise i have to go consumer court with effectively putting my case.
