For the last few months having problems

1st my post paid mobile suddenly got converted to prepaid . started getting crank calls

took assitance from local airtel representative to pay my post paid bill on time

now i find my mobile is not receiving any incoing calls , messages etc

i continue to get slanderous dirty messages from unknown numbers basically harassment calls
