Dear Sir,
5-6 days back international roaming pack recharged in my prepaid Airtel Mobile number, till now,incoming calls are not working but outgoing is working. two three times called to customer care and their response is is “its Airtel technical issue, will be solved within 48 hrs” but not yet solved. this is first time i faced such issue while roaming.
its very pathetic to not receiving calls for me. please help to sort it out at the earlest. regards
