Incoming calls are coming but Outgoing calls are not connecting its shows call ended i doesnt know why it is? Please solve my problem as soon as possible

Incoming calls are coming but Outgoing calls are not connecting its shows call end,I checked my mobile setting but all settings are fine.Pls solve my problem as soon as possible
