I am facing following issues from Nov 21,
1- Incoming call voice quality very bad ,
2- Non availability of VOLTE services.
regarding above issue raised complaint with SR no.3791961263773 it was closed without any feedback and revert.
Then again raised complaint on 20th Aug 22 with SR no.425542554238, it was closed on 4th Oct 22 without any feedback and resolution.
Went to local Airtel center and got sim issued 2-3 times.
Recently purchased new handset with both sim slot 4g and VOLTE service enabled.
I am regularly paying my bills without any default from many years where basic VOLTE services / HD voice quality is being deprived to me.
