Good Morning.
Here I would like clarify that, on your complaint web page your mission is fast clearance of complaints. But in my case I lodged complaints on 24.08.2020 and subsequently I had been following up with many officers, customer care and local,Jaipur Rajasthan team members. Till today my problem is not got resolved and no one is interested to close this topic. The good faith kept on your company going in vain and trust on Air Tel started loosing. I am enclosing my chain mails for your reference. Hope you will take up seriously and escalate this issue to top level so that customer get the proper justice.
