Hello Airtel,
This is to inform you that I am using this number (9971798838) from last 10 year but unfortunately my experience going bad day by day. Yesterday i have requested to change my plan, my plan has been changed successfully but after that i am not able to receive any call but i can call from my side, after some time i only received the message of the phone not reachable.
i have spoken to that customer care team but as usual speaking with CC wasting your own time.
For these kind of problem i am not able to receive any calls and it is a huge loss to me.
request you to please get this shorted with in 6 hours or else i will take against Airtel
