I am writing to report a persistent issue with my Jio mobile number 9687808899. For the last few days, all incoming calls are automatically cutting off after exactly one ring, and my phone displays them as missed calls, even though I am available and the phone is not on silent or Do Not Disturb mode.

Device Details:

Phone: iPhone 15 Pro Max (e-SIM)
Actions Taken: Reset network settings and restarted the phone multiple times – issue persists.
Previous Complaint Attempts (Unsuccessful):

Called 198 and 199 – No response or call disconnected.
Tried other Jio numbers: 1860 893 33 33, 1800 889 3999, 1991 – No complaint option available.
This is severely affecting my ability to receive important calls. Please investigate and resolve this urgently, including checking for network issues, e-SIM problems, or account-specific glitches on my number.

Immediate fix for incoming calls.
Confirmation of resolution via SMS/Call.
