- I port my sim from idea to jio few months ago and now I’m fed up with jio customer service…its been 2-3 days my plan expire and right now I’m not able to recharge my no. Due to some reason they automatically shutdown my outgoing and incoming with in 2 days. I have been facing so much problem due to this I’m port back to ifea or other they are better atleast the do not cut incoming calls if I don’t recharge
